Return & Refund Policy

All Drumzilla Percussion instruments are custom-built to order. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Deposits A deposit of approximately 50% is required to begin production on any custom order. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as materials are sourced and prepared specifically for your order.

Order Cancellations Cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once production has started, deposits cannot be returned.

Defects & Damage If your instrument arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rchambers@drumzillapercussion.com. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Returns Because each drum is built to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders unless the item is defective or was built incorrectly per your confirmed order details.
